System Overview The Pump Worx Cock Trainer Pump System is a manual vacuum therapy device built around a progressive training methodology. The system pairs a clear acrylic cylinder with a hand-operated pump mechanism and three graduated internal sleeves designed to accommodate increasing temporary expansion as consistent use continues. The kit includes a tension ring for maintaining tumescence post-session and features a trigger-style pump with quick-release valve for controlled pressure application and immediate relief. Mechanism of Action This device operates on negative pressure principles. The pump evacuates air from the sealed cylinder, creating a vacuum environment that draws blood into the penile erectile tissue. This process causes temporary engorgement beyond typical erection size, which can be used immediately before sexual activity or incorporated into a regular training regimen aimed at improving erectile function and potentially achieving modest sustained size changes over extended periods. The clear acrylic cylinder allows continuous visual monitoring of the expansion process. The Sure-Grip trigger mechanism provides incremental pressure control, enabling gradual intensity increases rather than abrupt vacuum changes. A quick-release valve button positioned on the pump assembly allows instant pressure relief when needed for comfort or at session conclusion. Progressive Training System The three included sleeves represent the core of this system's training approach. Each sleeve is constructed from soft PVC and features a different internal diameter: Sleeve 1 (Entry Level): The smallest diameter sleeve serves as the starting point for new users or the beginning of each training cycle. This sleeve creates the initial seal and accommodates baseline dimensions. Sleeve 2 (Intermediate): As temporary expansion increases with regular use, this medium-diameter sleeve becomes appropriate. Transitioning to this sleeve indicates progress and allows continued training with appropriate fit. Sleeve 3 (Advanced): The largest sleeve accommodates maximum temporary expansion. Reaching this level represents the upper range of the system's training progression. The sleeves insert into the cylinder's base opening, creating the seal against the body during pumping sessions. Users advance through sleeve sizes as their response to vacuum therapy develops, rather than following a fixed timeline. Component Details Acrylic Cylinder: Clear material for unobstructed view of expansion Rigid construction maintains consistent vacuum environment Detaches completely from pump assembly for thorough cleaning Graduated markings may assist in tracking temporary size changes Pump Mechanism: Ergonomic trigger grip design reduces hand fatigue during operation Each trigger squeeze evacuates a controlled volume of air Flexible medical-grade tubing connects pump to cylinder Quick-release valve provides instant depressurization ABS plastic housing for durability Tension Ring: Functions as a constriction band at the penile base Transfers from cylinder to penis before removal to trap blood in the erectile tissue Helps maintain pumped state during sexual activity Extends duration of temporary size effects Sleeve Set: Three graduated sizes in soft, flexible PVC Creates seal between body and cylinder opening Cushions contact point for comfort during extended sessions Washable and replaceable Application Protocol Begin by applying generous water-based lubricant to the penis and the interior opening of the cylinder where the selected sleeve sits. Insert the penis into the cylinder, ensuring proper seal contact between the sleeve and the body. Operate the trigger mechanism gradually, creating vacuum pressure incrementally rather than rapidly. Monitor expansion through the clear cylinder throughout the session. Initial sessions should remain brief—10 to 15 minutes—with conservative pressure levels until tolerance and response patterns are established. To conclude a session, press the quick-release valve fully to eliminate all vacuum pressure before attempting cylinder removal. If using the tension ring, transfer it to the base of the penis while still inside the cylinder, then release pressure and remove the cylinder while the ring remains in place. Maintenance and Care The cylinder detaches from the pump assembly at the tubing connection point, allowing complete access for cleaning. Wash the cylinder and all three sleeves with warm water and antibacterial toy cleaner after every use. Dry all components thoroughly before storage to prevent material degradation. Inspect sleeves regularly for signs of wear, including tears, loss of flexibility, or compromised edges that would prevent proper sealing. Check valve function periodically to ensure the quick-release mechanism operates smoothly and that seals throughout the system maintain vacuum integrity. Material Specifications Cylinder: Acrylic Sleeves: Soft PVC (phthalate content unspecified) Pump Housing/Trigger: ABS plastic Connection Tubing: Medical-grade flexible plastic Tension Ring: Elastomer (composition unspecified) Expected Outcomes Vacuum therapy produces immediate but temporary results. The pumped state typically persists for 30 minutes to several hours after cylinder removal, with individual variation based on physiology, session intensity, and whether a tension ring is employed. Some users report improved erectile function with consistent use over weeks to months, potentially related to improved blood flow patterns. Modest sustained size changes have been documented in clinical literature for dedicated long-term use, though results vary considerably among individuals and permanent significant enlargement should not be expected. This device is not a medical treatment for erectile dysfunction and does not replace consultation with healthcare providers for sexual function concerns. Discontinue use immediately if pain, numbness, bruising, discoloration, or blistering occurs. Sessions exceeding 20 minutes or pressure levels causing discomfort increase risk of tissue damage.Length: 8.35" (21.2 cm)
