Do you recognize the three shady characters in this graphic? If you’ve never had poutine, drive to Canada immediately to indulge in the country’s three main food groups: fries, gravy, and cheese! Picture this: a plate of golden fries, fresh from their tanning session in the fryer, smothered in a generous drizzle of savory gravy that would make any turkey dinner jealous. Then, out of nowhere, cheese curds drop in, with a squeak that's music to your taste buds. It’s messy, pure Canadian joy on a plate. Warning: If you stare at your bases long enough, you might try to eat them! Mathieu, a Quebec skier who goes by “Mat Douff,” insisted on this graphic because he swears poutine makes him ski faster. He’s serious! Mat’s a badass street skier from Quebec with a rare eye for finding unconventional lines in the streets and on the hill. He’s known for making next-level technical tricks look way too easy! In addition to his video and competitive success, Mat’s contributions to the skiing community have made him stand out as much more than another talented skier. He frequently helps out at local workshops and camps, including coaching all winter at Sommet Saint-Sauveur, sharing his knowledge and inspiring the next generation of skiers. His approachable demeanor and willingness to mentor young local athletes have made him an important part of Quebec’s freeski community. I made only 200 pairs of this delicious new Limited Edition graphic on “The Vacation” ski and hand-signed and numbered each pair. Place your order for poutine before they sell out!
