Optional Upgrade: PL15X or PL 20 high eye-point eyepiece Turret phase contrast set PL10X eyepiece compared with WF10X eyepiece: You dont need to take off your glasses to view with PL10X Greater wide field image: PL10X, Ø22mm; WF10X, Ø20mm Clearer: PL10 of lens distortion is 4%. Regular WF10X is 5.5% Why a swing-out condenser? The best aperture for lower power objectives (4X & 10X) is 0.22 and the best aperture for 40X and 100X is 1.20. Swing-out condenser is designed to fill both needs
