The Psyop is an understable 9-speed, fast enough for positive distance, but slow enough to be easily caught in the psychological operations that sway the masses into compliance. Be lieve what you're told-- the Psyop can be handled by slower arm speeds as well as by experienced players who need an anhyzer flight path or a flip-up disc in controlled circumstances.
