Transparent Supplements Pump Juice is a stimulant-free (non-stim) pre-workout built for muscle pumps, power and focus. A full serve (2 scoops, 30 g) gives you 6 g of L-citrulline, 3 g of GlycerSize™ glycerol, 3 g of beta-alanine, 2 g of betaine and 1.5 g of creatine HCl, with no caffeine. Each 600 g tub has 20 full serves (40 scoops) in 8 flavours. Why choose Transparent Supplements Pump Juice Transparent Supplements Pump Juice is made to take your workouts to the next level, delivering intense muscle pumps, lasting power and razor-sharp focus. At the core is the Juicy Pump Complex. 6 g of pure L-citrulline boosts nitric oxide production and improves blood flow, 3 g of GlycerSize™ glycerol powder draws water into your muscle cells for that full, "swole" look, and AgmaPure® agmatine sulphate amplifies vascularity even further. Potassium citrate and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt balance your electrolytes and keep your muscles hydrated under pressure, while a hit of nitrates from Nitro Rocket® arugula extract rounds out the blend, setting you up for maximum pump and endurance. Pump Juice doesn't stop at pumps. The Power Performance Complex brings the classic trio of beta-alanine, betaine anhydrous and creatine HCl, helping delay fatigue, boost strength and sustain explosive power so you can push through longer, harder sessions. The Limitless Focus Complex gives you mental clarity with L-tyrosine, Alpha-GPC, mesembrine and Huperzia serrata: no more wandering thoughts or lapses in concentration, just single-minded drive from warm-up to cool-down. To make sure every ingredient is absorbed efficiently, Pump Juice includes AstraGin®, which improves nutrient uptake, plus a range of B vitamins to support ongoing energy metabolism. The result is a comprehensive, science-backed formula that pumps your muscles, powers your performance and focuses your mind. With Pump Juice, every scoop is made to unlock your full potential, helping you train harder, longer and sharper. What is a non-stim pump pre-workout? A non-stim pre-workout has no caffeine or other stimulants. Instead of a jolt of energy, a pump pre-workout focuses on blood flow and muscle fullness, using ingredients like citrulline (which your body turns into nitric oxide) and glycerol (which pulls water into the muscle). Non-stim formulas suit evening training, people who are sensitive to caffeine, and anyone who already gets their caffeine from coffee or a separate pre-workout. How to take Pump Juice Full serve: mix 2 scoops (30 g) into 500 ml of water and drink 15 to 30 minutes before training. Half serve: 1 scoop (15 g) is a good way to start if you're new to Pump Juice. Each scoop has half the amounts shown above. Tingles: beta-alanine can cause a tingling feeling on your skin (paraesthesia). The tingle is common with beta-alanine and usually fades within an hour. Can you stack Pump Juice with a stim pre-workout? Yes. Pump Juice has no caffeine, so you can use Pump Juice on its own or alongside a stim pre-workout. If you combine products, check the total amounts of beta-alanine and creatine across both. Flavours Gangsta Grape, Mango Masculinity, Missionary (unflavoured), Mountain Juicy, Piney-Brah, Ruthless Raspberry, Strawberry Kiwi Fusion and a blueberry flavour. Not sure which flavour to pick? Pump Juice is covered by our Love the Taste Guarantee. Try up to 5 serves within 30 days. If you don't love the flavour, swap for another or take store credit. Price per serve A 600 g tub is $79.95: about $4.00 per full 2-scoop serve (20 serves), or $2.00 per scoop (40 scoops). Who should take Pump Juice? Pump Juice is a good fit for people who want a caffeine-free pre-workout, people who are sensitive to caffeine, and anyone chasing a bigger pump. Pump Juice is not suitable for children under 15 or pregnant or nursing women. Pump Juice contains the colour tartrazine.
