Robot Turtles is a board game that sneaks basic programming ideas into family game night for preschool and early‑elementary kids. Players “write” programs for their turtles by layi ng down direction and action cards, then debug when the turtle doesn’t reach its jewel as planned. Parents love that there are no screens involved and that rules can scale from very simple to more complex (like functions and obstacles) as kids grow. Designed by a software engineer and published by ThinkFun, the game has a solid reputation for both fun and learning. It’s a one‑time purchase that can see years of use, especially in multi‑age homes and co‑ops. Show more
