Roscato Prosecco is crafted from Glera grapes sourced from the Treviso area within the Veneto region — the heartland of Prosecco production. Secondary fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless steel tanks via the Charmat method, a technique that preserves the fresh, fruit-forward character of the Glera grape and produces the wine's persistent, fine bubbles.Tasting NotesAroma: The nose opens with bright green apple and white flower blossoms, followed by hints of ripe stone fruit and a subtle citrus zest. There is a clean, lifted quality that signals the wine's freshness.Taste: On entry, crisp green apple and pear flavors lead into a mid-palate of juicy stone fruit — think white peach and nectarine. A thread of lemon-citrus acidity keeps everything focused and lively, with the extra dry style allowing just enough residual sugar to round out the fruit without veering sweet.Finish: The finish is clean and moderately short, with lingering citrus peel and a faint mineral note. Persistent, creamy bubbles carry the flavors through to a refreshing close. How to Drink Roscato ProseccoServe well chilled, between 38–45°F, in a tulip-shaped glass to concentrate the aromatics while allowing the bubbles to express themselves fully. This Prosecco also works as a versatile cocktail base. An Aperol Spritz is the classic pairing — the wine's citrus brightness balances Aperol's bitter-orange profile. A Bellini benefits from the stone fruit notes already present in the wine, creating a seamless blend with white peach purée. A French 75 variation using this Prosecco in place of Champagne delivers a lighter, more fruit-driven take on the gin-and-bubbles classic.Best For Hosting a casual brunch or garden party where approachable bubbles set the tone Gifting someone new to sparkling wine who prefers fruit-forward, easy-drinking styles Serving as a welcoming apéritif before a multi-course Italian dinner Mixing into spritz-style cocktails during warm-weather entertaining Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat does Roscato Prosecco taste like?
