Salto Blend is now Local's Blend. Same coffee inside, different name! Local's is our cafe’s house espresso blend but equally is good brewed as drip or on filter. This recipe has be en carefully constructed as a more modern style espresso, with no bitterness, but still holds up well in any milk-based drink. We taste notes of cinnamon, mild stone fruit, and molasses. Local is also our beloved black lab that has been by our side for all of our coffee adventures. Show more
