For Simplex LD Series locks you can set it between 3-7 characters in length. You cannot use the same letter or number more than once.Characters to Choose from by Series:• LD450: Numbers 0-9 & X, Y, and Z• LD470: Numbers 0-9 & F• 1000, L1000, 5000, 2015, 3001, 900, 7100, 9600: Numbers 1-5.
