Seasonal gin made with distillates of botanicals harvested in the first six months of 2023. A captivating floral aroma greets the nose, as violet and rose bloom from the glass, brimming with the vibrant, effervescent energy of lemon balm. Crisp, fresh crunchy notes from apples and cucumber make this mouth-watering gin a true homage to an English country garden, a nod to the surrounding meadows coming from the almost tropical notes of pineapple weed which have become a favourite feature of our early-year harvests. The art of blending the freshest, local and seasonal botanicals results in an outstanding and rare vintage; a true collectors’ item that perfectly captures the essence of the season. Serve this gin with any fresh, soft green herb from your garden and a splash of your favourite light tonic water for a truly spectacular G&T.
