The Sync’s claim to fame? Simplicity. Intuitively cycle through modes using the large dial on the side and skip button pressing sequences – a must for tasks where you need to control modes on the fly, like running, and places where thick gloves are a must. The Sync’s max mode, Dual Beam (a combination of spot and flood) supplies a long throw of concentrated light and a smooth wide beam to illuminate the area around you. If a light with a IPX4 rating is accidentally submerged for a longer period of time, the batteries should be removed and the cabinets should be carefully inspected for signs of battery leakage. If water has entered the housing, the light should be dried and batteries replaced. MAXBRIGHT LED - The highest quality LED available. Princeton Tec’s Maxbright LED is extremely bright and efficient. This single LED emits a smooth, powerful, white light useful for a wide range of tasks. Princeton Tec uses collimators or reflectors with the Maxbright LED depending upon the application. Must yell "MAXBRIGHT" when saying term out loud. MULTIPLE BEAM - This beam pattern combines focused narrow and wide beams to allow for the most versatility. At close range, the wide beams simulate normal daylight conditions so you can take advantage of your peripheral vision, while focused narrow beams provide distance illumination. MULTIPLE MODE - Multiple settings on many of our products give you the flexibility to adjust your light’s brightness to illuminate greater distances or to conserve battery power, depending on your needs. ULTRABRIGHT LED -The Ultrabright LED is bright and efficient. The smooth, white, wide-beam light emitted by Ultrabright LEDs is ideal for close to mid-range tasks. Ultrabright LEDs are usually grouped together to offer a more powerful light source. Advances currently underway will continue to improve the efficiency and brightness of Ultrabright LEDs. "Ultrabright" can also be yelled when using the term in conversation, but not nearly as loud as "Maxbright". IDEAL ACTIVITIES: CAMPING - Sleeping under the stars and getting away from it all. Whether you need some light to bustle around the RV after lights out, set up your nomadic home for the night among the pines, or enjoy some campfire time with friends, family (or yourself), these products will serve you well. (Maybe even in a van down by the river, we don't judge.) HUNT/FISH - Tree stands, duck blinds, boats, bass boats, streamside, dockside, backcountry camps – examples of places that have a tendency to be most productive around dawn or dusk. Check out these products to help you make the most of those hours. Also, if this icon is to scale, that is one big bass. PREPAREDNESS - Light is an integral part of survival – whether you’re headed off the grid or experience a loss of power – having your own source of light at hand helps to keep you safe RUNNING - Maybe you’re pounding pavement. Maybe it’s dirt, or pine needles – gravel or sand. Sometimes to reach your goals you need to start earlier or stay out there later. Lights in this category will help you keep pushing your limits on the road, trail – or anywhere in between. SAFETY / INDUSTRIAL - Does your job require work in less than ideal environments? Sometimes you need a little extra light, sometimes you need a primary light – and sometimes, that light needs to not only be bright, but be rated to work safely in hazardous conditions. TRADE - Jobs that start before the sun rises, end after it sets – or are in dark spaces, large or small. You need a light that is going to work as hard as you do, in whatever conditions are thrown your way. TRAVEL / EDC (EVERYDAY CARRY) - Whether expected (a trip!) or unexpected (an unplanned turn of events), having an easy to access, dependable light on you could make all the difference, where ever you end up.
