Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes, all organically grown on small, biodynamic farm/winery outside Pisa, in Tuscany, Italy. Expressive, fresh and floral (not perfume-y!) aromatics, cris p lemony citrus fruit and long-lasting, refreshing acidity. A terrific aperitivo or pasta pairing with Dave's artichoke lemon pesto!
