Our First Coferment here at Field & Fire. Imported by our friends over at Unic coffee this is an orange coferment grown by Thiago Henrique Maingoli Muniz on his farm in Minas Gerai s in Brazil. We chose it for it's complexity, more than just orange on the tasting notes, expect bags of tropical fruit. Great as a filter or as an espresso, don't add too much milk though as it can mask those big fruity flavours. 225g bag size. This is approx 13-14 brews per bag. Show more
