The PM Routine is a complete three-step evening regimen — cleanse, liposomal retinol, ceramide barrier support — sequenced to make nightly retinol sustainable. It does the real overnight renewal work. The three together, bought separately: $127. Free shipping on every order. 30-day full-refund guarantee. What's included. The Daily Cleanser with licorice and mushroom extract lifts the day's sebum, SPF, and makeup without stripping the barrier retinol leans on. The Face Serum with retinol and liposomes delivers retinol in phospholipid liposomes that slow the release curve behind first-month flaking. The Renewal Cream with retinol and ceramides adds ceramide NP with shea, meadowfoam, and milk lipids to keep the barrier supported overnight. Who it's for. This routine suits people who want a focused evening renewal routine, who are ready to commit to retinol for texture and fine lines, who want a gentle cleanser that won't strip, or who want ceramides to keep retinol tolerable. For the morning counterpart — antioxidants and protection — see the AM Routine. It's not the right fit if you're pregnant or nursing (contains retinol), brand new to actives and easing in slowly, or have very dry or reactive skin sensitive to retinoids. Why it works. Evening is when the skin's own renewal is most active. The Daily Cleanser does the first job without undoing the others — mild surfactants lift the day off without stripping the lipids retinol needs. The Face Serum delivers retinol in phospholipid liposomes, and the encapsulation matters: conventional retinol spikes at the surface, driving most of the early flaking and redness, while liposomal delivery spreads the same dose across a slower release curve. The Renewal Cream is why the stack works long-term — ceramide NP is a skin-identical barrier lipid, supported by shea, meadowfoam, milk lipids, and phospholipids, replacing barrier lipids overnight while retinol works. How to use it. Step 1, cleanse with the Daily Cleanser on damp skin, rinse. Step 2, apply the Face Serum to clean, dry skin and let it absorb 2 to 3 minutes. Step 3, apply the Renewal Cream over the serum. New to retinol? Use the serum every other night for the first two weeks. Always apply SPF the next morning. What to expect. Weeks one to two, the adjustment period — begin 2 to 3 nights a week; mild dryness or flaking can occur. Weeks four to six, smoother texture and the look of more refined pores. Weeks eight to twelve, visibly renewed — softened fine lines and a more even complexion. A note on the fragrance. The Renewal Cream includes a light fragrance from the base formulation — it's on the ingredient list below, which is exactly where you should always look. If your skin is fragrance-reactive, the Face Serum alone gets you retinol with no added fragrance. Caution. Retinol increases photosensitivity — always use SPF the next morning. Pregnant or nursing?
