What Makes This Special Complete postnatal multivitamin with vegan algae DHA, backed by an OBGYN-led expert board and built specifically for postpartum and breastfeeding needs, not generic adult doses. Total Postnatal + DHA delivers 16 vitamins and minerals with % Daily Values calculated for pregnant and lactating women, not generic adult doses. Pregnancy, delivery, and breastfeeding draw down nutrient stores that take real time to rebuild; this formula is built for that window and beyond, to support postpartum recovery, energy, and cognitive health.* Take 2 capsules daily with food; we recommend pairing with a meal. A 30-day supply for consistent daily use, since benefits build over time.* A postpartum-specific formula, not a repurposed prenatal, built with bioavailable methylated folate, active B12, and gentle chelated iron for after birth. Your body's needs shift after birth, so this formula is built for postpartum and lactation. It uses methylated folate (L-5-MTHF), the active form that supports women, including those with MTHFR variants who convert synthetic folic acid less efficiently, plus iron formulated to be gentle on digestion, and Albion chelated zinc.* Also includes Vitamins A, C, D, E, K, full B-complex, biotin, iodine, and chromium.* Made without GMOs, gluten, soy, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, or animal products or byproducts, in vegetarian capsules. 200 mg of vegan algae DHA on every label, never fish, so there's no fishy aftertaste or burps. DHA supports cognitive function and nervous system health during postpartum and breastfeeding, while Vitamin E supports cell health as an antioxidant.* With a vegetable-based capsule and no animal products or byproducts in the formula, Total Postnatal + DHA is vegan-friendly.* Postpartum recovery + lactation support: a heart-shaped mint-scented insert keeps the bottle smelling fresh. Formulated for all new moms, whether nursing, pumping, or formula-feeding; check with your provider to confirm it's the right fit for you. Supports healthy hair, energy, immune health, and thyroid function during postpartum recovery. Postpartum recovery is about supporting your whole self, not just restocking nutrients. Biotin and B-complex vitamins are formulated to support healthy hair and skin and contribute to natural energy production during the demands of early motherhood. Zinc and Vitamin C support immune health for you and your breastfed baby, iodine supports healthy thyroid function, and chromium supports healthy metabolism. Vitamin D and Vitamin K support bone health and calcium utilization.* Clean Label Project Purity Award winner, third-party tested for purity and potency in a cGMP-certified U.S. facility, standards many mass-market postnatal vitamins don't carry. We use bioavailable methylated folate and true vegan algae DHA instead of cheap fillers, so you're paying for quality and absorption.
