A tantalizing, truffled treat from Blakesville Creamery. Veronica Pedraza's pristine soft-ripened goat cheese is spliced with a fine, yet robust, layer of "Truffle Sauce", featurin g black summer truffle, olive oil, and sea salt. The bright, lactic flavor from the cheese is a perfect backdrop for the distinct umami of the truffle, producing a wheel that's a fitting indulgence for the holiday season.
