Txotx! is a sidra natural, inspired by the sidra of northern Spain. They are still, not sparkling, and meant to be poured from a height. Txotx! is no different. Pouring from a heig ht volatizes the aromas by adding oxygen to the cider — similar to decanting a wine, but really really fast. This bottle comes with a special cork that doubles as a spout, so you can long pour without spilling a drop. This vintage of Txotx! is a blend of cider macerated on the skins of Dolgo crabapples for 2 months before pressing. What's it like?: Punchy notes of citrus rind, fennel seed and tamarind. Bright malic acidity makes this perfect for pairing with fatty foods, olives and sheep's milk cheese. 6.1% ABV | 750mL Ingredients: Apples. Gluten free. Wild ferment. Zero added sugar. Vegan.
