This tall 19th century French basket, also known as a hotte or hod, was used to collect and carry grapes during the harvest period. Incredibly hand crafted in a classic hotte desig n, with an oak base from the Champagne region. Beautifully woven with a petite carrying strap on the back. Lovingly preserved, with signs of wear consistent with age, as pictured. dimensions: 15.5"W x 11.5"D x 19.5"H Show more
